Summers Long Table Dining - Whistler

Social connection within physical distancing - multiple smaller tables available for Summer 2021.

Take part in our monthly summers Long Table dining experience, in the heart of Whistler Village, an evening enjoyed amongst guests from around the world, with excellent food, wine and hospitality. Farm to table dining with celebrity Chef and notable vineyard.

Our seasonally focused menus celebrate the excellence of locally sourced ingredients. Each dish innovatively and skilfully executed, from savoury starters through to delicious desserts–delivering original compositions and unforgettable flavours. Guests will enjoy a cocktail reception followed by a four-course family-style menu with wine pairings from British Columbia’s top producers.

Housekeeping Olympics - June 2021

The ultimate housekeeping Olympics - Teams from various properties will be competing for the prize of the Best Housekeeping Team!

Each team will compete in various challenges that will be timed. The first team to complete each challenge will receive points, the team with the most points at the end will take home the Grand Prize.

Challenges:

Quickest to make a bed (triple sheet)
Memory Challenge - open cupboard must recall 10 of the items therein
Best Towel Origami
Most innovative way to clean grout in shower
Vacuuming - one-handed through obstacle course
Navigating the housekeeping carts through a marked course in the parking garage
Dusting blindfolded
Towel folding

Long Table dinning - Squamish

Farm to table in partnership with local Chef and local microbreweries. Dining at a communal table is ultimately egalitarian. A musician might sit next to an athlete, an actress alongside a farmer or Doctor.

As the delicious plates are passed around, the conversation flows - it’s a way to create a community in an ever-fragmented world.
